But when it finally works (reSharper) it's really not 'that' bad.

But my poor AMD Ryzen 9 3900X is not good enough I think lol.

I used to love using resharper but then moved to a company that won’t pay for it. Thought I would never adapt to being without it but don’t actually miss it that much anymore.

Jetbrains IDEs work great on my first-gen Ryzen 5 1700x... Although I'm not using Resharper, just PHPstorm, IntelliJ (Kotlin & Rust), PyCharm and Dataspell.

Those love to gobble up RAM though. Increasing the Java memory allowance helps with indexing projects as well.
