evertiro6568y@adnanh What's there now feels more like a minimalistic squeeze page than an informational site about an upcoming commercial service. Especially since your service is paid, the more info you can provide the better. Describe workflows, provide a starting point for the future pricing model (even if its not set in stone yet, there's a huge gap between a $10/mo flat model and a $100/mo limited model), provide sample use cases with code examples, etc. Notably, you don't really provide any detail on data structure... if my webhook returns data, how is it parsed? Are you returning a JSON string? XML?

evertiro6568y@adnanh No problem! I'll definitely be keeping an eye on your product. Not 100% sure where I'd need to use it, but there's nothing that says I can't familiarize myself with it just to have it in my bag of tricks!

adnanh10028yI use it to automatically deploy latest development branch to all of my staging servers whenever I push to the development branch on GitHub. To run tests, generate documentation, generate static pages, send me mails on errors in my apps, etc... It basically runs your code on your server(s). It's pretty versatile... Friend of mine uses it for home automation. He set up hooks that run code on his raspberry pi that can switch his lights on or off, set the temperature, open and shut the blinds etc... And built a simple web app as an interface to that so he can control them remotely.

Me and my friend just launched the invitation phase for our paid service hookdoo at www.hookdoo.com
Service enables you to quickly set up webhooks with minimal effort that can run your code on your fleet of servers.
If you are interested, request an invitation.
I'll make sure to give devRant users a priority over others, and some bonus credits as well :-)
