I work in the MOST NONSENSE COMPANY. PERIOD.

Juniors have the power to take important decisions in the product. Technical ones.

We should meet deadlines, but we are trapped in meetings, there was a week (A WEEK) I had only one hour free.

Now, office still noisy and loud and instead of coding we have to help to do IDONTKNOWWHAT just to be part of the family office. So no coding at all.
