Hello! Can you please tell, when getting a design layout, for instance, in Figma, which way can you study the look of this design on screens with different resolutions before implementing it? Are there any ways?
I mean only observing the graphic design of this page.

    All Modern browsers have it.

    I don't know anything about the possibilities of Figma but where I work a design= a single view based on a single viewport size without concerns about responsiveness.

    Then when a developer implements it they'll talk to the designer about how it should act in a responsive world.

    So even if the Figma view can be resized I wouldn't bet that the result is intentionally designed.
