@ScribeOfGoD I blame the shitty, weak update system VS implemented. Foe fucks sake, keep a copy of the old program to restore to if the update fails! There are not words to describe how FUCKING stupid it is that UPDATES are an issue with an IDE. WHAT?!?!
-
RTRMS36908yWow, such anger and vanity all in 1 rant, and all that over a shitty IDE. You cannot go blaming MS for your bad choices, while yes they may have a shitty updater, but you chose to use the application with the shitty updater so you have no one to blame but yourself.

nicholai8578y@PenguinRage except updates on linux don't change files during fucking transfer. That's the whole point.
-
The chance that your download temp files will be deleted is directly proportional to how much stressed you are
-
nicholai8578y@Jasey It runs really great on my windoze box with a fuckton of extra modules 🤔🤔🤔
-
@nicholai Visual Studio, not VS code. And Atom is the shittier Electron application, It is slow and crashes if you accidentally click on a minimized file. I used it for while. How about you switch to VS code and never look back? ;)
-
RTRMS36908y@AlgoRythm when did they kidnap your family/pet and threaten to kill them if you don't use it?
If there an explosive at the base of your spinal column that explodes if you choose a not shit IDE?
Are there nukes aimed at 3very major city in the world that would be launched should you choose anything else?
These are the people that wrote Internet Explorer, unless your under threat, there is no valid reason to willing choose to use something you know is shit, leaving you no valid reason to complain when the shit shit you are using acts like a piece of shit while you use it. -
@RTRMS Visual Studio is the most powerful and widely used IDE for c-family programming and especially windows development. What do you propose I use as a valid replacement? If you say vim, I'm detonating the explosives which I have implanted at the base of your spinal column.

The new visual Studio is actually real good in my opinion. Aside from a few bugs (software always has bugs :)), it looks cleaner, more stable and faster - at least for developing C#.
Also, nothing wrong with the big veiny cock :) -
@nicholai ... and if you look back it takes a looong time
jk I love Atom although it is kinda slow sometimes
SO GUESS WHAT
IF YOUR SHITTY WIFI CRAPS OUT DURING A VISUAL STUDIO UPDATE, VISUAL STUDIO FUCKING COMMITS SUICIDE
MICROSOFT CAN SUCK A BIG, VEINY COCK. IM SO DONE WITH THEIR SENSITIVE, CONVOLUTED, SLOW IDE.
