yeah i can relate this quote to a CEO of a company i interned. Everyone thought he was a real asshole but he kept the company going and still is expanding and running.

I need to be more of one. Working on that.

@theothergod suppose you have a company,in that company your friends and relations are working there then that will be a strange because you need them forever... like those peoples are dependency of you

@mr-crazyhacker yeah i understand now. But, you see he had some relatives on that company they were the core team of the company but he treated them the same way, he was an asshole to everyone. That's his greatest feature. He once ruthlessly scold his own brother who didn't prepare some documents on time.

@theothergod I'm too easy on people. Maybe just a tad more asshole would balance things out. ;)
