    Looks great
The amount of time to load is terrific.
    Long loading screen

    How about using prerendering technique

You didn't improve it last time, so it has pretty much the same problems it had three months ago - only that you managed to make it even worse.

    Rating: quite fucked up.

You've got 4 PNGs that are 2mb or more, which takes ages to load.

    The resume link is dead.

The squiggly underlines make it look like it's got typos. I suggest you remove them and use bold font or something more subtle for highlighting instead.

Maybe keep it in either english or indian, and have a language button to switch (use geo location to automatically select which one is shown by default).

Everything above. Plus these cards take up some hecking space - at least they should have more content on hover. The moment user hovers, they'll just forget what was there (the doorway effect).

Damn, that main menu is nice (one of the links is wrong though)

@ojt-rant Yeah, I haven't made my resume yet so that's why I keep resume link empty for now.

@Fast-Nop Quite harsh though, But fast load time is not my first priority currently the only thing that I care about is look and my website is not meant to be sell any product or service so I wouldn't care about load time, this thing is only for personal interest.

And if you don't mind would you clear about where did I messed up?

    BTW I still learning though.

Compress and resize your PNG images to suitable sizes then convert it to .webp,

You can also use preload for heavy images or content

@priyanshu-zeon See the points I made last time, they're still there. Plus that the browser scrollbar doesn't work. Can't grab it to scroll, only with the mousewheel, a basic browser feature that you removed from the site.

One key issue stands out: you say you just care how it looks. That's what the website clearly shows - but that's how a print or movie designer thinks, not a web dev, let alone a full stack one.

Also, you do you advertise one (kinda) product there: yourself. That's what Google will show up when you apply somewhere, or if you give that as reference link.
