The worst bad practice I do is I keep going to work.

Many years down the road I will probably look back and say I should have spent more time with my wife (who are you?) and children (wow, you are tall).

This was a very unexpectedly on-point and deeply meaningful rant for this topic. I'm not ashamed to say this struck close to home and may have even made me a little misty-eyed.

Spot on, you spend most of your life working for less than you deserve just to provide for your family.

Sadly you miss out on the things that matter.

Startups take some of that pain away because they actually care and it feels like you are doing something worth while. Sadly that startup magic eventually wares off revealing just another company.
