Preach. Though ST3 is in beta only in the strictest sense. It is perfectly functional, no matter the version number.

Based on the replies though, I need to try VSC.

I ended up going through my atom configuration... One of the plugins I had was slowing it down... Did an update and now it's blazing fast 😊
