When you need multiple alarms to get your fat ass up.

I've once slept through 4 alarms.

that's me, I've 6.30, 6.45 and finally the 'shame' alarm at 7.30

oh my... I once thought it's only my roommate that would have 4 alarm clocks set in the last one hour before he really woke up..

I feel your pain. I started using Sleep for Android (based on a recommendation from a fellow devranter) - it has the option to give you a test you have to take to prove you're awake or the alarm keeps getting louder. It's much more effective than I had imagined!

Every 5 minutes? Mine are every 30 seconds and there are 20 of them. I use a raspberry pi with cron to do mine.

I used to use my phone before, but there's always that risk of it running out of power while sleeping.

So I got myself a good old fashion analog alarm. And one radio alarm that could start to play the radio, music from my iPod or wake the dead with its sirens

Use alarmy, they have challenges you have to complete before they shut off the goddamned alarm

I have my radio comes on first then my alarm goes off 15mins later, works for me! 📻📢😉

I think snooze button is invented or I am living in future (2017).

@Nayan he might subconsciously turn off the alarm every time. At least that's what I'm doing, that's why I have an alarm every 5 minutes as well

I always have one alarm that I snooze (for 10 min) for atleast an hour later

I have only one alarm of 8:00 because i m puntucal, this make easier when u sleep at time in night

@m-anees but for better future you have to burn the night blood. Hope that you'll get this thing ASAP. :)

I'm one of those people as well... Note that 7am is actually the time I have to get up if I want to arrive on time... Mostly I wake up at 8 however.. Thanks to my great employer who doesn't mind.

And yes I turn my alarms on every day before I go to bed... (Too many times my alarm went off on free day and pissed me off)

@enen I had that until I could solve puzzles whilst being asleep😂😂😂

There was an app that I used that would turn off the alarm after you play one of the minigames, which was good since it got me out of bed (also placed my phone across the room lol)

Sadly though I found bugs when my OnePlus 3 updated to Android 7.0 and 7.1, and stopped using it :/

(The issue was I could disable the alarm from the Notif bar by swiping it to the side, yet originally it was locked to not do so)

I usually just left my phone in other room so I have to physically get up to turn it off
