Do y'all use an OKR (Objectives and Key Results) process for your teams? What are your thoughts on it?

Absolute fucking garbage unless you're only supposed to deliver new functionality.

You can fucking forget about providing support and drive new changes.

And you can forget about it if you're an agile shop. The two just don't mix.

Currently dealing with this bullshit now.

Are the teams already capable of working towards shared goals? OKRs can help improve that ability, not create it.

I use OKRs, KPIs and similar esoteric bullshit as wards to keep upper management away.
Repeat the mantra "the OKRs achieved over the last quarter indicate that out KPIs are developing according to the schedule" and dark spirits will stay away from your sprints, at least for a few weeks until they demand more meaningless word offerings.
