When your PM use scrum with execution time instead of points

Yip! Sounds all too familiar.

I actually went and had a chat to our "scrum master", who had recently been on a scrum course (whatever that is), and I told her that you shouldn't even estimate in points. It's too easy to then translate those points back into hours, so then you're pretty much back at where you started.
