    Number one most common solution for issues during the entire two years I worked in IT support before becoming a dev. Rebooting takes care of so many issues.

    - Did you plug it in?

    - Are the batteries loaded/did you try to replace the battery?

    - Did you enable that feature (For example, check if mute is not checked before complaining about sound not working).

    Okay, trying to troubleshoot a recurring problem. System is finally in the state you are having issues with. Lets just turn it off and lose that information.
