So our team is scaling and we've been handling increased workload and I've been wanting to hire two juniors ever since. Finally narrowed down the candidates to three, but I couldn't decide between them so after some careful considerations, I've decided to hire all three. Fingers crossed I have enough time to mentor and manage the three of them and I don't fuck them up.

Just make sure you have all necessary documentation ready and then maybe come up with a decent onboarding checklist which will be linked with documentation. Sort checklist by priority (from 1-10). In that way you will save yourself a lot of time and junior devs will be able to onboard themselves when you will be doing other tasks.

When I joined my latest company I had like 40 bullet points checklist and was told that its expected that I complete it in 1 month. The list included all necessary resources such as links to all systems where I need to get access, product manual, security training, documentation about current stack and resources of that stack.
