I hate when I have to keep going through JIRA to find something to work on!

Um... that's technically one of JIRA's use cases - queuing/scheduling work. Yes, you might have to search for something suitable to your skills or environment, depending on your project and managerial set up, but surely this is a bit of self-management we should all be capable of? Would you rather someone else just told you what to do?

@samk sorry I just saw this. Yeah I'm not saying JIRA is bad. It's just that I have around 5 different projects to work on and we have board for each but not everything is something I could work on since these projects are huge and I don't know each part of it. So I have to keep going through and find what I can work on. It's frustrating at times. Now there are projects I have worked on from scratch and I know them in and out and pick anything and work on. But for others it's just frustrating at time to go through the list and find something. Plus client requirements are not always clear so need to go back and forth! Phew!
