    It takes a couple of minutes. So what? It is intended for testers. Not for debugging. I don‘t get why you are sitting there and waiting for it to appear on TestFlight.

    @Lensflare takes half a day.

    @demortes our CI/CD is deploying many versions per day to testflight and I can tell that building takes about 20 minutes (for whatever reason), submitting to testflight takes like 3 minutes and then after another 3 minutes or so it appears on testflight and can be downloaded and tested by the testers.
    The build number is 420 and it has been like this for 2 years.
    Other projects are very similar to this.
    So, with a pretty high confidence, I can say that is does not take half a day.

    @Lensflare I'm not sure what makes your project so special then because our project publishes rarely and the upload (build and archive artifact etc from xcode) gets sent up and the app remains in processing for some time, up to half the day.

    @demortes I‘ve had many projects in different companies and the processing state in appstore connect is always less than a hour.
    It must be something wrong with your project or account. I don‘t know. I can only say that my project is not special.

    @Lensflare haven't submitted a build in a long while. I'll time it next time I do.
