No. But don't ask why they want the job, what their weaknesses are, or dumb questions (why are sewer lids round for example). They provide little to no insight into the person. Instead ask questions that highlight skills, knowledge, and their ability to communicate.

@Defi4NT I mean its enough for all that interview questions and just maybe have the applicant solve the bug. Anyways, you have already read the resume. Why waste time? Perhaps, give him a cookie. :D
