Give him a snippet of a personal project of yours on which you're stuck and:
Watch him succeed and become a member of the company and fix your bug at the same time (win win)
, or just enjoy witnessing him loses his shit trying to figure out wtf is going on, laugh internally about it and juge based on his determination and his process whether he's good enough for the job or not(win win if you're like me aka Satan).

No just html/5, css/3, sass, bootstrap, javascript and jquery.

No. But don't ask why they want the job, what their weaknesses are, or dumb questions (why are sewer lids round for example). They provide little to no insight into the person. Instead ask questions that highlight skills, knowledge, and their ability to communicate.

Do not ask what 3 books they would bring to a desert island. 😑

@Defi4NT I mean its enough for all that interview questions and just maybe have the applicant solve the bug. Anyways, you have already read the resume. Why waste time? Perhaps, give him a cookie. :D
