escapees may be operating under the model that it doesn't benefit them to tell the truth to the company

absolutely hilarious and baffling that the company feigns ignorance on this or is genuinely incompetent

    I'd be willing to be most of them mentioned it in their exit interview. The C suites just didn't like the idea and continue to pretend it's something else.

    Left a (retail) job but didn’t even bother to tell them why they sucked. The two people that quit before me both wrote letters telling the owners why they left.

    One literally made a bullet point list and dated that shit. But ownership is so self absorbed and fuckin stupid that they just blindly went about pretending it wasn’t them. Their response to the letter was “well he had the right to express his feelings and we’re glad he did.”

    To the any current company your skills being to consideration while you are being hired .

    So change company every year or couple of years to get a hike
    Stay in company if work environment is good
