I am all burned out on everything having to do with websites. I need a new career path. I’ve never been a stellar programmer. I have no idea what to switch to that I could be good at and that comes with a paycheck and benefits to provide for a family of six. Feeling painted into a corner with no way out.

    You need a sabbatical. Save like a MOFO, take a year off.

    Try Data Science. Lots of common ground, no incomprehensible configs/frameworks/pipelines. Honestly, it's more fun and it pays better.

    @ultrageoff I suck at math. I have a math learning disability. Like dyslexia, but with numbers.

    @JimJamz I would if I could, but inflation and gas prices kill savings. Also not possible in a household of 6 people and two parent income just to break even.
