It's dangerous to be curious. And have time to spare.

This morning I was in THAT state and decided to spin up kubernetes inside an... Alpine docker container.

The day has almost passed and I think I'll have enough tinkering left for the night.

yay........... I guess...

@magicMirror idk, just for fun mostly 😁

altho this way I could define my cluster in Dockerfiles and deploy however/wherever/how many times I like. Also, setting up new agents would be as easy as starting a docker container.

Bcz now I have a runbook with steps to perform to configure my cluster, and it's quite tedious to copy-paste it all line-by-line. And the os keeps getting updated, so an overupdated dependency can make my runbook obsolete.

But mostly - just for shits and giggles 😁

    🙄.

    Have you heard about esxi?

@magicMirror yepp. But doesn't that require a VM to be running? And I genuinely don't know how cross-platform it is, e.g. Raspberry/aws/gpc/ora/azure
