I feel you man, that is horrible. A long time ago, several years back, a similar thing happened to me with my personal gear, no one took the blame.

Order a new screen and let them pay for it if you can. Setup rules where people can't touch your equipment without your permission, and even then. In today's day and age when people have their own devices, this shouldn't happen.

I suggest you confront you sister first, but do it gently. By the way she reacts (because you know her reactions and expressions from before) you can determine if she is the one who did it. If she is too insistive and yet she denies it casually, she is innocent. Than you'll know that it's the maid.
