does any one actually use rubber duck debugging nowadays? :/

    Quite frequently, explaining the problem to someone / something always seems to help

    form of ruberduck debugging is when you re stuck and start writing post on SO, and in the middle of writting you realise what you did wrong

    Not line by line, but I work with my 'other half' (both of us coders), and we often fix issues by one explaining the problem to the other. Explaining it either leads to the other one making suggestions which lead to a solution, and/or the one with the issue thinking of a solution as they're talking.

    Well I yell at my pop vinyls about my code not working so in a way I do.

    I have half a dusin small rubber ducks spread all over by all my computers, just for this :P
    Never ad to use them, but fun to watch others reaction :)

    I heard that IBM uses i teddy instead? Like they have one in every office :P
