Why can't I attach a fucking image to my rant!! it's making me mad. uploading and uploading..... grr 😤

Maybe you can provide some helpful details so I can actually attempt to debug it :)

@dfox I am using devRant 1.8.4.2 with Android 7.1.2 (Nexus 5x). The problem is that the upload circle keeps animating eternally, when I attach an image or gif. I tried jpg with less than 200kb.

(Sorry for being harsh, but I had to say it in a ranting fashion 😅, and yeah thanks for responding so quickly.. you guys are awesome 👍🏽)

@dfox I could solve and recreate the problem. When I take a pic from the default android download folder, then the pic doesn't attach. When I choose from the image folder or any other folder then 'Downloads' folder, the 'Attach img/gif' label changes to 'Remove image' and the posting is successful.

In Android you can tab and hold on an image in browser to save. This image is by default stored under 'Downloads'.
