Recently I came across a job advert that literally said:

"If you're still full of ideals and will to work, go look for a job elsewhere!!!"

Man, how fucked up is your company if this is how you promote it? Sad thing is that even though their website looked like shit, they boasted about big government projects there.

Christ! I'd go to the interview just to see a glimpse of the train wreck!

I would imagine the work is highly boring, they must be sick of employing people only to see them leave after a week or so. That's why the want people without ambition or ideals to sit and trudge away at these 5 year dull government projects that will eventually get shelved or dropped or be a legacy system before its even released.
