Root797352y@tosensei Interesting. I’m not a fan of rhubarb, but I’m due to try it again soon to see if my tastes have changed. I might give this a try.
Similar: raspberry juice + crushed mint leaves in cold white rum (or vodka) is delicious and refreshing. -
@Root it's in the combination. pure rhubarb juice is too tart to enjoy. but watering it down and complementing it with strawberry (syrup should work as well) takes the edge off. in the end, it's perfectly balanced, but still intensive enough to mask _how much_ gin you add to the mix ;)
