Not phishing. it is a ad redirect for an app on iTunes. Phishing site look the same as login sites.

It is not an exact science. phishing is aimed at convincing you to enter your secrets into a webpage. Click scams, and install scams try to scare you to do something, like install an app, or click something you should not. This is a more direct way to profit from web traffic. I have seen this type of scam used in tumblr sites, and the deep web.
