sariel85312y@Root as someone with random heart problems I wish I was crazy.
I have to carefully control my caffeine intake or I might cause arrhythmia, which ignored could cause my heart to eventually beat out of sync so often it just stops. 💔 -
Can you take ginkgo? This helps with my concentration and desire to work. Also a decent quality multivitamin is a good idea.
-
@Demolishun I do take this along with some other ones that have been to my benefit.
-
@Root Tired of my insomnia and non-natural lifestyles and fucked up mental health so I’m doing something about it damnit.

How’s the withdrawal? Coming off stimulants is not an easy thing with the intense depression and brain fog. I recall waiting almost an entire day for the pharm to refill my adderall script. It was torture, it took ambition just to go to the toilet to piss. But you’ll be good eventually as your body figures out how to rebalance out it’s dopamine.

@Root you have to fight me for it!
i'm claiming his coffee for myself; you can have energy drinks and such stuff if you want. -
@phat-lasagna what helps me with insomnia:
* waking up at a predictable time (during week AND weekend)
* going to bed at predictable time
* a daily stroll outside
* turning off any screens and notification-providing devices in the evening
* CBD in severe cases
* when i can't sleep, i meditate. either it helps me fall asleep, or at the least, if i meditate through the night, i'm still much more rejuvenated than when i toss and turn -

Root825992y@tosensei You offered energy drinks in exchange for coffee, and I’m supposed to say no?
Bing > burnt bean juice. -
I pig out on cheese to help me sleep. There’s usually a pile of cheese wrappers on the ground when I wake up the next morning lol
-
Root825992y@TeachMeCode Melted cheddar (or jack) with a sprinkle of cumin. So freaking tasty.
@tosensei Erk. Not that kind. -
@TeachMeCode so far it’s pretty painful, but the cravings are less intense than just quitting nicotine. I think this is because coffee makes you want nicotine.
Quitting nicotine and caffeine and all the letters on the screen are fucked up. How have I made it this far without killing myself? Nobody actually wants to be around me anymore and I’m haunted by my isolation. Fading skills and fading life force.
