Quitting nicotine and caffeine and all the letters on the screen are fucked up. How have I made it this far without killing myself? Nobody actually wants to be around me anymore and I’m haunted by my isolation. Fading skills and fading life force.

    Quitting caffeine?
    Why? Are you crazy?

    @Root as someone with random heart problems I wish I was crazy.

    I have to carefully control my caffeine intake or I might cause arrhythmia, which ignored could cause my heart to eventually beat out of sync so often it just stops. 💔

    @sariel It’s okay! I’ll take on your caffeine, too.

    Next in the "killing myself inside slowly" list: quit sex. Any kind.

    @Demolishun I do take this along with some other ones that have been to my benefit.

    @Root Tired of my insomnia and non-natural lifestyles and fucked up mental health so I’m doing something about it damnit.

    How’s the withdrawal? Coming off stimulants is not an easy thing with the intense depression and brain fog. I recall waiting almost an entire day for the pharm to refill my adderall script. It was torture, it took ambition just to go to the toilet to piss. But you’ll be good eventually as your body figures out how to rebalance out it’s dopamine.

    @tosensei You offered energy drinks in exchange for coffee, and I’m supposed to say no?

    Bing > burnt bean juice.

    I pig out on cheese to help me sleep. There’s usually a pile of cheese wrappers on the ground when I wake up the next morning lol

    @TeachMeCode Melted cheddar (or jack) with a sprinkle of cumin. So freaking tasty.

    @tosensei Erk. Not that kind.

    @TeachMeCode so far it’s pretty painful, but the cravings are less intense than just quitting nicotine. I think this is because coffee makes you want nicotine.
