You may consider to buy adafruit neopixel programmable RGB led strip to build a cooler one.😉For example, sync the desk light and color with the bottom display of your screen monitor.

@boom to each their own. I like having a good amount of light. Though, for coding through a darker mood, there is a lamp on top that's not in the pic that I can turn off, and the star lights aren't very bright at all. Also, @Zilounay, yeah, I had just opened it and didn't switch my indentation size to 2 spaecs yet 😅
