I got two motivations to improve myself
1. To earn more
2. To distance myself from stupid people who don't know what they are doing

I wasn't just talking about just young people though. I see people searching stackoverflow and copying the code without knowing what it does. I think we should try and understand what is going on there

I like number 2. Reminds me of my college classmates.

@sam7799 I once wanted to hire someone, so I gave them a small obvious task. He came the following day with code running excellently well. I copied about 5 lines on google and guess what? Stack overflow. Directly lifted....even the rest of the code...Upto similar indenting. Let's get a hint, but do our f*ng job.
