What's your worst experience working with a Gen-z (if any)

    am I the only one who gets confused with Gen Z, Millennials, Gen Alpha ...etc. Why all the names and how is this useful?

    @gitpush it is helpful in the context to roughly know the generation gap the individual is at.

    worst experience is probably that some of them have an inflated ego. Not all, but mostly those that mediocre work or even if they do good work their usual answer to a new problem/task is "that's impossible, we can't do that"

    But honestly you can probably find people like that in every generation anyway.

    That being said, their attention span is still shorter than ours because they quite literally grew up with smartphones in their hands with those brainwashing ads everywhere. It's hard to even blame them for that. Imagine when you were a child and playing with legos, someone would kidnap you for 30 seconds ever 5 minutes to tell you about a new lube they are selling... It's fucking retarded innit? Good luck getting back into the zone and learning to maintain attention

    Probably that most of them are mentally impaired (they’ll tell you) and that you can’t expect a lot from them.
