A local art gallery regularly hosts "touchable" art exhibits where they call on local artists to make textured art that can be appreciated by the blind. I doubt it's a unique thing, there are probably similar shows elsewhere.

There is braille on drive up ATMs. I have also seen braille on signs above your head at fast food places in CA.

The braille on drive up ATMs actually makes sense though. Someone could drive a blind person to use this. Also mass producing the same keypad for all ATMs also makes sense.
