yoo guys hows hacktober going on for you?

Exactly like Hecktember

Won two badminton matches in the new season so far. Playing again tomorrow.

still haven't been able to find a suitable repo to contribute.

i have been grabbing t shirts from this fun month for last 4-5 years but i have still not been able to understand OSS.

the projects participating in hacktoberfest are either:

- super pointless : like ds algo aggregators / pr-for-doc-change projects, or

- super complex : like appwrite(literal firebase clone) or camerakit(a super complex and powerful android library that is used by millions of app developers who don't fully understand how camera work)

the former are useless and just causes spam making the whole aim of hacktoberfest irrelevant while the later will be too tough for beginners to pick (hell even I can't raise a valuable contribution PR to that big library and i have been a droid dev for last 4 years )

so I don't understand the point of sending good quality t shirts to devs worldwide , but since am on the beneficial end, I don't mind

ps, let me known if you find a repo whose code is in html/css/js/java/kotlin and is easy to understand and contribute ( meaningfully) in less than 2 hrs

You can always contribute logos or other images, but if you're stuck I'd recommend taking a look at some python repos as they're usually more beginner friendly.
