I fucking hate apple so goddamn much. They make it next to impossible to connect or reset an old account from 10+ years ago for any modern services unless you are invested in their ecosystem and use it everyday for everything. Have not had any issues with old app accounts connecting through Google. Just sayin

i can't update my ipad , I can't update my mac mini, my ipod touch, it's like if you took a nap in a train station then suddenly you missed your trip... it's just make me sad and angry

@dIREsTRAITS thats nothing bad though. Cuz updating also makes it irreversable to go back. And as we all know apple has used updates to make phones worse on purpose.

Gods forbid you try to get their exclusive streaming service just so your kids can watch the Fucking Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown. No, you have to have an existing apple id, which you can't remember because it was tied to a yahoo email you abandoned long ago. Good luck getting into that shit and recovering the loads of digital music you *didn't* pirate back in the day

@ars1 Well since it is a closed eco system (Apple controls everything), they can do everything they want. And yes that includes, making old devices slower, tracking a lot of data. (Pretty sure there are also facts about that)

They do not sell the data, but they still do it. Everything is closed, you need an icould, making life harder than it should be.

@ars1 well they throteled the cpu severely and claimed it was for "battery reasons" obviously they just wanted ppl tp upgrade cuz the experience was very bad. They go lawsuits and pushed an update a few years later to revert it.

Now i dont know why anyone buys iPhones at all either

That has always been their business model and it's not gonna change anytime, but it's clearly working for them.
