Had QA call my "simple, quick" ticket a "monster ticket" in front of everyone. Hear it and weep, micromanager!

Also had them tell me i thought of everything, it was beautiful, and that i have a knack for frontend :)

I guess we know all how this ends.

    PM: Next. Crucifixion?

    QA #1: Yes.

PM: Good. Out of the door. Line on the left. One cross each. Next. Crucifixion?

    QA #2: Yes.

PM: Good. Out of the door. Line on the left. One cross each. Next. Crucifixion?

Should anyone really not know the author: Please watch Monty Python.

    What’s a monster ticket?

@johnmelodyme As from monstrous: Exceptionally large; enormous; imposing.

Finally you got some validation. I hope everyone who deserved got some shit in their faces now.

@Root I think the reason for that question is that it'd unclear if ir's negative or positive in this context.
Reading this I was unsure if QA was negative saying the ticket incorrectly estimated or positive about how big of an impact a "simple, quick" ticket could have

@jiraTicket Everyone who has looked at the ticket has said it’s a large and complicated feature — except the micromanager.

I’d say this is positive, or at least validating.

Ah, I see, the manager was the one who said it was simple and quick and you disagreed. Thanks for clarifying, didn't quite get the post at first.
