What Linux distros do you use and how stable are they ?
I'm currently running antergos, but it's really not working out. I'm looking for something that is more or less stable in the long run (something that doesn't require me to reinstall the whole f-ing OS every other day)

I use (custom compiled kernel) Debian with vanilla Centos as a chroot system. Slowly moving to Crux (mainly due to initialization scripts). How do you partition your disk when you install Linux?

@ymas I don't remember exactly (antergos installer does it for you), but it's pretty standard

@CSaratakij is it stable on a laptop? Having antergos fail so often is driving me mad, but I really like rolling releases
So maybe I could give arch a try

@divanov I have been used Arch on my laptop and every time that my system is broke is actually my fault (forget to update config, mess with service and forget to enable, unable to boot cause forget to update grub after change kernel, etc..)
And I use Arch for about 1 year on my laptop and can guarantee that is pretty stable (just don't enable testing mirror and you will be fine.)

@divanov Once you install Arch -> it recommend to have 1 usb for Arch bootable usb (just in case you thinker it so much that you cant boot in to Arch installation) (arch-chroot in Arch usb bootable media can save your life ;)
