From my point of view, more and more learning! I don't know how your uni is but mine teaches basic stuff and after I got hired it was just another rollercoaster of information: getting familiarised with the product, with the tools used, the frameworks, the requirements, the people, the code methodologies, more tools and the list could go on.

Point is, you'll never stop learning (hopefully).
