If you wanna replace few of the carousel banners in your website, at least fucking send me the image with the same aspect ratio or resolution compared to the old images.
WHY THE FUCK YOU WANNA BLAME THE DEV TEAM WHEN YOUR GRAPHIC TEAM AND YOUR MARKETING TEAM IS SHIT?

Forget it, they will never learn.

When we need images from our customers, the graphic guys send images with other sizes, aspect ratio, colors, filenames or filetypes with every delivery.

Some don't even get their coporate color right. We have one customer that sends pictures with their coporate colors slightly different with every single delivery of new images.

By now we don't even ask for specifically prepared images, we take what we get, try to convert it ourself and only complain if the output is unusable.

Happened with me, and it would take so long to sort out that I just installed all the necessary software to do the changes myself (assuming they were relatively straightforward modifications). Saved me a lot of time.

So true. I use the assets as given. When they complain I ask for fixed image.
