Girlfriend tells me she probably saved a life at work in hospital the other day (she's a physiotherapist).

She asked me how my day was.

Most of it was hunting a typo - for a holiday booking website.

    Marketing people are nothing like they used to be. It's mostly just lying by any means necessary both to validate what they do and to get the sale.

    @Ashkin I love it too, it's a wonderful mix of logic and creativity. Just, feeling like a very small cog in a pointless profit machine.

    work on a personal project which would be useful to people and use tech you eager to learn. Always worth it, whether or not the project is successful or a failure.
