SO , i just ran into this database called ArangoDB and it claims to single handedly beat Mongo,Neo4j,Postgres and claims to be capable of handling any use case you can throw at it.

If anyone could verify this claim , such an ideal database just makes me question it's existence.

Even if true, can it beat the communities, documentations, online resources, many versions of improvements and teams of people working and improving them all the time?

@juzles that's exactly what I'm trying to find out.

I've used it on a pet project as I was interested in it's graph apis and transactional model.

Pretty easy to use, would prefere it over mongodb, could plugin RocksDB ...

I'd probably use it for larger projects in the future

I'd suggest being very skeptical of DB benchmarks and tests, especially when done by the company that made the database.

You can probably craft almost any test to get the results you want when you take into account certain factors.

Disclaimer: I'm an ArangoDB team member.

Exactly out of this reason I made the whole benchmark open source. Everything is available. You can download it and investigate. You can run it yourself and get your own impression.
