Do you mean like an update for the app store or that you made changes and re-run the app?

xroad23808y@linux-colonel so the Nexus phones come with stock Android - other OEMs modify their OS and put in a bunch of useless apps and modifications to stand out from their competitors. If you're running TouchWiz or Sense or other mildly erotic sounding versions of Android that means you have a non-stock version. These versions almost always have crappy bugs in them because they're half-assed shitty forks of the OS.
Source: I used to work for Samsung and I had to Touch my Wiz everyday. -
Sometimes the app only changed its package names, so it's not the "same app" from Android's point of view...
