Voxera113888y@GC97 well no serious hacker would imagine such a short password so they will "never" find it ;)

spacebar578y@corjaantje Thanks!
@error503 at least my login can have max. 15 characters, so I randomized that one too. As the login is not public this may add a little bit of security if someone would try guessing it.
Thanks for the ++ guys! -
Fuck it, my bank account forces me to log in with my national id number and to have a 4 digit pin code as password.
That way, if someone finds out that number (which is no that hard to find since it's on my ID card, my resume, my drivers license etc), they only have to try 10000 different passwords until they find out the right one.
I'm still wondering what kind of fucktard thought this was a good idea. -
@eldamir goddammit, you guys in the north of Europe always do everything right.
I hate and envy you at the same time 😤. -
spacebar578y@darkShadow07 @eldamir thanks for sharing, I think I will send my bank a link to this rant 😐

My local bank also has mandatory 2FA for online banking... except for their app. The app has only a 4-digit code. It doesn't have every feature, but you can transfer about 120$ at a time, without any cooldown.

Same here. Five characters, no special characters, and one of em has to be a digit.

I can add two-factor authentication to GitHub, but my online banking password must have EXACTLY 5 characters...
