My supervisor's flaky attitude is annoying the shit out of me.
Mate, why would you agree to hire me for the project I wanted to do (and get me to move halfway across the planet) and then tell another colleague that I'm focusing too much on my project and they should give me their extra work?

Like, I get it but I don't get it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I don't have any problems with the extra work. If anything, I'm happy to help. It's his flakiness that I have problems with.

they have a problem with you advancing the project too fast. So they distract you with some unrelated work to delay the projact a bit - and by that bring it back on track.

    Code slower.

Yeah if you have the guts, confront them. Can't go wrong either way

^ could go wrong. He is not confrontational at all, and I have heard stuff secondhand. Could get others into trouble.

@theKarlisK kinda yeah. But I was counting on him actually providing decent feedback.
