Today marks the third interview in a row that included an equality statement diluted to uselessness by liberal doublespeak.

I think I should write a real equality statement. One that doesn't dance around money.

The whole idea of equality is fundamentally broken outside of some strictly abstract space where everyone can equally fuck off. Is it equality to earn the same wage for the same position? Should all production workers earn the same, even though one worker consistently makes 5% fewer product than others? What if it's because they're handicapper? What if someone managed to secure a lower cost of living though some unique opportunities, while others have to spend most of their salary on basic living expenses and can't do anything about it? What about men vs women? Women are forced to spend money on menstrual products, so in order for them to have the same amount of money available for other expenses, should they get a "menstrual bonus" to cover that? Should it be equal for all, or depend on individual needs?

It's a huge rabbit hole and no matter what you do, you're mostly just trading one inequality for another, and when the other inequality gets enough attention, you rinse and repeat.
