They were cool though, gotta hand it to the uk police they handled things professionally and were really polite.

Ah UK, makes sense. In the US they would have probably invaded your home with a SWAT team, shot you and/or your dog and confiscated everything electronic in the house for an indefinite period.

They were asking if I recognised the username email and paypal info.
I didn't recall the service or username but that was my email so its possible that I signed up for out of curiosity when the site was known as something else.
The date was in 2014 so its all quite foggy to me
