It might be because you are used to use some incompetent software, which made you develop this horrible illness. I would suggest as a cure linux based vim pills. Worked for me.

For me its reached the point where I do it in auto saving editors too..... and I do it twice in rapid succession. It's like some twisted muscle memory that only aggravates me.
