Worst experience with new job?

I haven't had any good experience with a new job to begin with. After the interview, it's usually only downhill from there.

I started to work at a company where I was amazed about the refactoring skills of colleague developers. In my opinion they were very high skilled to perform such huge refactorings. Few weeks later I received credentials for Sentry. OMG
