But intelligence can't be followed.... Though well we have AI.... But I guess we still want a human element... So we still hire dumb monkeys...

@billgates don't lose hope, and write the monkies a script. I once had a monkey forward an insulting, sarcstic remark I made to a user. The good news that the user could not find a "tinfoil hat" app to prevent messages in his teeth.
The monkey got better after that...
WTF IS SUPPORT FOR?

B: Can you help Y?
C: I see Z just crashes, fix it.
Me (in my mind): Can you tell me WTF is the actual problem and what investigation you have done?
Why the fuck are we paying you monkeys?
My company should just pay me all your salaries, and I will write a monitoring system to send out these types of "alerts" in a month.
