I got heat stroke this week while shopping. 😩

@Ashkin once I've seen a girl in front of me having a heat stroke, I found it interesting how the mind suddenly detach from the body. Never experienced such occurrence on me

You don't even realize it's happening, or not really.

I knew something was wrong when I felt exhausted and had trouble standing. I kept forgetting what I was doing and couldn't remember anything, and my mind was really foggy and slow. I also felt really cold and had to get warm; that's when I recognized the symptoms.

But the strangest thing is that it went from feeling burning hot outside to very pleasant and comfortable. I remember thinking "ahhh finally warm!"

I was out of it for hours after getting back home. 🙁

I hate the desert.

Shit, I work inside. All hail 1st-world air conditioning. People keep saying how hot it is...

@Ashkin the weather is similarly deadly here in sacramento. I go to great lengths to spend as much time as possible in places with air conditioning

Lol Phoenix here. It's been around 120 all week. But it's 74 degrees inside so meh.
