    Misleading for sure. I think it means if you contact support your plan allows for more disk space but you have to contact them to get the expansion. This let's them control usage so no one abuses it.

    Could also just be that it dynamically allocates disk space. It's probably running in a VM anyways

    aaah Bluehost, my very first domain in 2015 I bought it there, then I recall it was @Linux who recommended namecheap few years back, and been using it ever since

    It could be only the diskspace only used by cpanel and nit the total amount of used up diskspace. The infinity sign is an indicator for this.
