That feeling when you put your own server to good use for the first time :)

    Thats NetData or something right?

Yup, that's NetData. For those interested, here is a link to the Github repository: https://github.com/firehol/netdata

@bendr I was running a webcrawler and a database on this system.

Looks like some intensive jobs it's running..
    Or just low resources :)

@lotd Maybe both? The hardware is a single core of an Intel Xeon with 1G RAM, but it was in this 100% state for almost 13 hours straight.

@ErwinJanssen I just cant seem to find the nginx config for the auth...

@linuxxx Did you already check this page of the NetData wiki? https://github.com/firehol/netdata/...

Instead of running it behind another webserver, I've bound Netdata to localhost. Then I use ssh local port forwarding to connect to the server and access Netdata.
This might not be perfect for every situation, especially if multiple people have ssh access to the server, but not everyone should be able to view Netdata.

@ErwinJanssen there's nothing quite like flogging the balls out of a fresh server πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ˜
